Open up a disorganized cupboard:

Spend 10 minutes throwing out unused items and grouping like items together.
When you are all done you have something like this:

and you end up throwing away or giving away a bunch of stuff like this:

Are you kidding me? Look at all those sippy cups, and a bottle? My youngest is 6 years old, and she was breast-fed exclusively??? Now, the reality is, I only have junky plastic cups, and need to get something nicer to drink out of. Even if they are plastic, it would be nice if they would all match!

Okay, I thought the first picture was the cleaned out one--your messy cupboards are better than mine! But, I'm proud of you for tackling a project like that! Next thing I know, you'll be reading flylady again. It does feel so good, though, to be in a clean, organized place. (I'm saying this from memory as my house is anything but!) Great job!!
Sounds like flylady's "you can do anything for 15 minutes." I agree with Ms. Barney...your cupboards are better then mine. There's no way I could finish one in 12 min!
